How it works:

Please contact me by email or telephone with your order - noting item number and description including Name, Shipping Address, Telephone, Email Address, and preferred method of shipment (please see below).  An invoice will be emailed to you on a secured Google Checkout page with total amount including your purchase price, shipping charges, and taxes if applicable (6.5% in Florida).  Simply fill in your shipping information and your method of payment and a confirmation of receipt of order will be mailed back to you.  Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment and a confirmation of shipment will be emailed to you stating shipping details, tracking numbers, etc.  If you would prefer to call your order in I will be happy to thank you myself and process your order for you.

Also accepting these methods of payment:  Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cash (Please note shipment will be made after check clears the bank).

Shipping: All shipping charges are to paid for by buyer. Shipping charges may be prepaid and added to your invoice.  All export (outside of United States) orders will incur additional service fee of $15.00(US) for export documentation.  Any additional duties/taxes are responsibility of buyer.  Shipping available through United Parcel Service or Federal Express for tracking purposes.  Other methods of shipment may be available by special request.

Return/Cancellation Policy:

Returns for standard purchases (items ready to ship only):  I guarantee the quality of all GlassWerx creations and take great care in the packaging process to ensure safe delivery of your order.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will make arrangements for return of your order. 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment originally issued.

Credits and refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of return, less all shipping charges and 10% restocking/processing fee.

All returns must be in original packaging.

Cancellations:  Cancellations must be made prior to shipping.  Please contact me regarding ship dates.  Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation/processing fee.
